研究?jī)?nèi)容

代謝穩(wěn)態(tài)的維持對(duì)于所有生命體來(lái)說(shuō)是必需的,代謝異常會(huì)導(dǎo)致多種人類(lèi)疾病的發(fā)生,如衰老、神經(jīng)退行性疾病、糖尿病和癌癥等。本課題組通過(guò)結(jié)合一系列前沿高通量技術(shù),如CRISPR遺傳篩選、堿基編輯篩選、代謝組學(xué)和定量化學(xué)蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)等,來(lái)深入探索細(xì)胞代謝異常與癌癥、衰老相關(guān)疾病之間的關(guān)系。我們的長(zhǎng)期研究目標(biāo)是鑒定癌癥及衰老相關(guān)疾病中的可成藥靶點(diǎn)與代謝相關(guān)的致命弱點(diǎn)。

1.亞細(xì)胞水平活性氧(ROS)的感應(yīng)及調(diào)控
2.利用遺傳蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)方法鑒定代謝物的感應(yīng)機(jī)制
3.基于半胱氨酸蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)
